David Camocho

Designer for Sustainability and Circular economy, with a degree in industrial design and a master in design and industrial production from IADE, Universidade Europeia, David Camocho has been collaborating, with LNEG, National Laboratory of Energy and Geology, in the development of national and international projects in the fields of design, ecodesign, sustainability and circular economy, and as a lecturer with, IADE, ESAD, IAPMEI, among others, in training and education of sustainability, design and ecodesign to students and companies.

Engaged in the development of methodologies and tools to integrate systematically sustainability and circular economy in the development process of companies, increasing the added value and fostering product, process, and systems innovation through design, he is currently developing his research in design and circular economy within the doctoral program at IADE. As a Ph.D. candidate, his research is focused on supporting the transition to circular and sustainable economy through design.
