Davide Antonio Gambera

Davide Antonio Gambera (Barletta, Italy 1990) is an industrial designer, Ph.D candidate in IADE, Universidade Europeia, Lisbon. After a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design at the Politecnico of Bari (2012) he enrolled at Politecnico di Milano where he followed the Master’s Degree Course in Product Design for Innovation. Passionate about sensory design, he graduated with a Master’s Degree Thesis with Professor Dina Riccò concerning the theme of Synaesthetic Design for health and well-being (2016). Since 2017 is Ph.D candidate in IADE, Universidade Europeia, where he investigates the role of sensory perceptions on people’s health, from the point of view of design. This research is currently running with the supervision of  Professor Emília Duarte and  received a grant by Fundação para a Ciência e da Tecnologia. He published several articles in conferences:
