Gaye Ayanoglu

Sevgi Gaye Ayanoglu is a PhD student in Design at IADE-Universidade Europeia (Lisbon, Portugal). She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Anadolu University (Eskisehir, Turkey), Fashion Design Department in 2014. She also studied at ESAD College of Art and Design (Oporto, Lisbon) with student mobility in 2012. She completed her Master’s degree at Gazi University – Institute of Fine Arts (Ankara, Turkey) with a thesis titled “User-Centred Design Kit Approach for the Concept of Sustainable Fashion” in 2017. She worked as a Research Assistant in Fashion and Textile Design departments of Ipek University (2015-2016) and Atilim University (2016-2017) in Ankara, Turkey.  She has a published article in journal and published scientific papers in conference proceedings in the areas of Arts, Humanities and Design. Her main research interests are sustainable behaviour, sustainable design, fashionable technology, fashion design and user-centred design. She has been in UNIDCOM/IADE Research Unit as a junior researcher since October 2018.
