Marisa Galbiati

She is Full Professor and lecturer of Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Design.
Her work encompasses strategies and scenarios of communication, from design to urban issues, from theory to practice. In particular, her analysis focuses on aesthetics and languages (photography, cinema, advertising, video, art, digital languages) and their use in different environments, from urban landscapes to brand communication. Recently she is focusing in new tools and methodology for the digital scenarios (webTV, digital TV, brand TV).
She is director of Movie Design Lab., laboratory for digital production and post-production at Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Design.
She is director of Master in Brand Communication (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009) made with Assocomunicazione; of Master in Movie Design (2003, 2006), made with APP; of master in Art direction and Copywriting (2007; 2008).
